As everyone is struggling to cope with the global virus crisis, we wanted to take a moment to update and reassure you of our operational plans.
We are committed to the health and safety of our employees, as well as continuing to serve our customers and the industry. We are following health guidelines from the CDC, WHO, and local health departments. We have implemented a travel & customer visit suspension to limit non-essential international and domestic travel. We are leveraging video-conferencing to conduct internal and external meetings.
All employees that can work remotely have been invited to do so. Remaining on-site employees have been educated on proper hygiene, physical distancing, and common areas are routinely and more frequently disinfected.
Production & Warehouse
Our production facilities and warehouse continue to function without disruptions. We have increased production based on demand and added important precautions for employee and customer safety. We are in constant contact with our supply chain and are able to react quickly as the situation changes to provide delivery reliability and consistent quality.
Customer Support & Order Processing
Our team will respect physical distancing guidelines at this time with regard to in-person meetings, however, we are looking forward to speaking with you over the phone or on-line. Orders continue to be processed in a timely manner.
