The new contact extension relays SNE 4028S by Wieland Electric are universally applicable; they are equipped with a total of 8 safe enabling current paths as well as a signaling current path and have a construction width of only 45 mm.
Typical application areas for these devices are, for example, the contact extension of non-contact safety installations (BWS), safe base devices from the safeRELAY series or safe control products from the samos oder samosPRO series. The devices enable the realization of various safety-relevant functions like emergency stop, guard door or safety light grid control.
The contact extension relays SNE 4028S have a particularly wide range of application possibilities since these devices enable a one-pole or two-pole user-side control. Additionally, the devices are available for the most important operating supply voltages of 24 VDC or 115-230 VAC, either with pluggable screw or spring-loaded clamps.
The devices are TÜV type tested and can be used for safety-oriented applications up to PL e / category 4 in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1, and SILCL 3 in accordance with EN 62061.
