David Felinski Mr. Felinski has over 45 years of experience in the fields of Health, Safety and Environment, and in the development of Voluntary Consensus Standards. He is the President of B11 Standards Inc., which is the Secretariat and ANSI-accredited Standards Developer for the B11 series of machinery safety standards, and technical reports, as well as the U.S. TAG Administrator to ISO/TC 199, ISO/TC270, and SC 10 of ISO/TC 39. In addition, Dave also participates in numerous other domestic, European, and ISO standards development activities, and he is the immediate past-President of the Geneva-based International Federation of Standards Users which is a liaison organization to the ISO and IEC. |

Gilberto Molina Mr. Molina was a co-founder of a pioneering machine safety consulting company in the Latin American region, where he developed a variety of safety services, including Risk Assessments, Safety Audits, Electrical Risks, Arc Flash Analysis, Lockout / Tagout (LOTO), and Process Safety. For over 25 years he has performed risk assessments of over 1500 machines in a variety of industries and conducted at least 150 formal training sessions in Machine Safety (OSHA, ISO 12100, ANSI B11, ISO 13894-1, etc.), Electrical Hazards, and LOTO. |

Jody Williquette, BSEE, MSEE, MBA Mr. Williquette has over 25 years of experience as an automation and safety engineer. He is currently a systems and machine safety engineer at Motion Control Corporation, in Livonia, Michigan. Jody received his TUV Functional Safety certification in 2018. |

Matthias Wimmer Matthias is a safety veteran who started his career 27 years ago at TÜV Nord as the head of the test laboratory. He is a functional safety expert well versed in safety design for machines. Matthias has CMSE and CESE certifications and is a member of the NA-95 standardization committee for the standards EN13849, EN13850, EN14118, EN13851. He has published in numerous industry journals and currently provides training on functional safety and European directives. |

Leonardo Sanchez, P.Eng Leonardo Sanchez is a machine safety professional with more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and electrical industry. He is certified as an Expert in Functional Safety of Machinery by TUV Rheinland for his merits in this field, he is one of only 33 people worldwide certified at this level (TUV 286 Certification/ 17). Leo also has NFPA Certification, and expertise in OSHA, ANSI, ISO, and NFPA standards related to electrical and machinery safety, including experience with turnkey projects for multinational companies in different manufacturing segments such as pharmaceutical, food & beverage, pulp & paper, and automotive. |

Martin Lalonde Martin Lalonde is a professional engineer with 20 years of experience in the manufacturing sector and over 15 years of that time dedicated to machine functional safety. Martin is also a Certified Electrical Safety Engineer (CESE) by TUV-Saar. He is the Application Engineering and Technical Team Lead at Wieland Electric, supporting clients with product configurations, training, and custom projects. |

Stiven Pazos Stiven Pazos is an electrical engineer with over 10 years of experience in the automation sector. For the past five years, he has been supporting clients with functional safety solutions and system set-up as an Application Engineer at Wieland Electric. As a project leader, he has first-hand knowledge of system builds and is credited with many process improvements. Stiven also has experience in gantry robots for the aerospace industry as well as orbital automated welding equipment used in nuclear, renewable energy, petrochemical, shipbuilding, medical, aerospace, and other industries. |

Tom Terzakis Tom has a background in electronics and has specialized in the machine guarding industry since 1992. During the past 29 years, Tom has been instrumental to Metal Form in product development and overseeing the development of several controls from idea to actual working products such as the Premaster Clutch Brake Controller, the Brake Mizer Hydraulic press controller, the development of control reliable hydraulic packages that can easily be fitted into a machine. Recently, he was a part of the development of the Safety Ram Block line of products that are now being sold worldwide. |
